I'm Chef Ginger Peters named after the local white ginger flower and born on the beautiful island of Kaua'i. My passions are all the simple things in life; surfing, traveling, family and of course food! What could be more satisfying than creating something nutritious and delicious for a loved one, or possibly you? As a local, one of my priorities is to Malama, (take care) of the community and environment. White Ginger Catering started with the goal of creating a more sustainable Kaua'i, by supporting local farmers and our economy, and minimizing waste as much as possible. By choosing me as your personal chef you will not only get the taste of Hawai'i in your food, but you'll also get the spirit of ALOHA!
